Imagine 4 days of focused capacity each month on the priorities you set. Variety is the value - what we focus on changes month to month based on what's actually moving your business forward.
You've built something real. You've got systems, tools, clients, momentum. But your back-end is held together by your own attention - and the moment your attention is elsewhere, things slip.
You don't need a VA who needs you to define every task. You need an operations partner who walks in, sees what needs doing, and does it - while keeping you in the loop without making you the project manager.
The Partnership Retainer is that. You bring the priority each month, I bring the capacity and the skill set. Different focus most months. Same predictable monthly investment.
Most retainers lock you into one type of work forever. This one doesn't. You bring the month's priority - we agree it together in the planning call - then I deliver. Examples of what a month can look like:
You're launching something. Landing page built, email sequence written and queued, lead magnet delivery automated, payment flow tested.
Your back-end has grown messy. We map it, clean it, automate what's manual, document what's not.
You want to add AI to your operations. Custom agents, automation flows, prompt library, training - all rolled into the monthly capacity.
Or onboarding flows, migrations, dashboards, lead magnets, pipeline restructures, or a quiet maintenance month. Whatever you need most this month.
If a single piece of work needs more attention, we quote it separately as a Website in a Week, AI Build Sprint, or Systems project. The retainer is your ongoing capacity; big builds get their own scope.
Capped at a small number of clients to keep priority response real.
Apply to work with meBecause capacity is capped. I take a small number of retainer clients at a time so priority response stays real. We have a free clarity call first to confirm fit on both sides.
We talk about it on the planning call. Options: defer some work to next month, or scope the overflow as a separate project quote on top of the retainer. No surprise overage charges - everything is agreed in advance.
Because we need time for momentum. Month 1 is onboarding + first month's work. Month 2 is when systems start to compound. Month 3 is when you really feel the benefit. After the minimum, we go month-to-month with 30 days' notice either way.
Sometimes. The cleanest path is to start with a project (Website in a Week, AI Build Sprint) so we know each other, then graduate into the retainer if it makes sense. But if you know what you need and it's a clear fit, we can go straight in.
Not pause - cancel with 30 days' notice and re-engage when you're ready. Paid capacity that goes unused isn't fair to either of us.
