Fifteen years in process improvement, automation and agile delivery. Six years running my own service business. One mission: give you back the time your business should already be giving you.

The systems that scale aren't the ones with the most features. They're the ones that match how people actually work.
I've spent fifteen years inside billion-dollar companies - Australia's top banks, law firms, software businesses, travel companies - leading process improvement, agile delivery, automation and data analysis projects. The kind of work that quietly reshapes how thousands of people get their job done.
In 2020, I started Brooke Janet to bring that same way of thinking to small service businesses. Not because the corporate world wasn't interesting - it was. Because I'd watched my Dad spend his entire working life waiting for the right time to slow down. He never got there.
In 2020, I lost my Dad. Suddenly, with no warning. He'd left his corporate role just months earlier to start his own business - he wanted to throw out his suits, make boardshorts his uniform, and spend more time with the people he loved.
He never got to live that.
Since then, I've been quietly obsessed with one question: what are we trading our time for? Because for most of us, the answer is "things that aren't actually the most important - and that we could have handed over."
That's the work. That's why this is a business and not a job. I help founders build the structure underneath their work so they can be present for what's actually theirs.
Strategic systems audits and builds. Conversion-focused websites that capture leads and onboard clients automatically. Custom AI implementation. Embedded operational support for founders who are ready to hand the back-end over entirely.
I'm a high-performing, detail-obsessed systems person with a serious love of clean workflows. I've led agile delivery teams, automated entire departments, and supported high-level data analysis for some of Australia's most demanding companies. So when I say you're in safe hands - I mean it.
…you'll find me on a hike somewhere green, with a beachside cocktail in hand, or out adventuring with my golden girl Halle (who is, professionally speaking, the goodest fur intern).
I'm a believer in big goals and the systems that get you there. The proof? We just celebrated Halle's first birthday - after my partner swore there was no way we could raise a working dog in an apartment.
Plot twist: we did. Because when we set a goal, we make it happen. Systems, schedules, and all.

30 minutes. No pressure. Just clarity on whether - and how - we're a fit.
